Literary Arts Application Form

Thank you for your interest in the fifteenth annual Cambridge Arts Festival.

Our programming guidelines are:

The Cambridge Arts Festival is strictly a volunteer event to promote arts within our community.
Artists must live, work, be a full time student, or be a member in good standing of a team, club, or organization in Cambridge, ON or surrounding area.
All performances will be held outdoors.
Performances must not exceed 15 minutes in length.

Submission Guidelines

The application deadline is May 1, 2010.
Programming announcements will be made in early May.
With this application, please include a sample of your work, a bio, a photograph of the artist(s), and any past or upcoming performance dates.
Electronic submission of any and all materials will be gladly accepted.
