Performing Arts Application Form

Thank you for your interest in the fifteenth annual Cambridge Arts Festival.

Our programming guidelines are:

The Cambridge Arts Festival is strictly a volunteer event to promote arts within our community.
Artists must live, work, be a full time student, or be a member in good standing of a team, club, or organization in Cambridge, ON or surrounding area.
All performances will be held outdoors.
Performances must not exceed 45 minutes in length.

Submission Guidelines

The application deadline is May 1, 2010.
Programming announcements will be made in early May.
With this application, please include a sample of your work (DVD or video if available), and any past or upcoming performance dates.
Electronic submission of any and all materials will be gladly accepted.
Literary Artists should instead complete the Literary Application
Musicians should instead complete the Musician Application
