Welcome
Running annually since 1995, the Cambridge Arts Festival strives to ensure that all local artists
have the opportunity to display their art forms in a pleasant location to be viewed by members of their own community.
Our festival has been host to countless local and regional artists of all diciplines including writers,
painters, photographers, dancers, buskers, drum circles, musicians, singers and actors.

Going Green.....................................................................................................................................
May 16, 2010
For 2010, we've taken one more step to reduce our carbon footprint: we've banned the sale of bottled water on Festival
grounds. CAF sponsor World of Water will be supplying free water to all Festival patrons for the entire day. Bring your own re-usable cup or purchase one of ours.
Once again, recycling bins will be readily available. At this point, the Region is still not ready to provide green bin service for this
year's Festival, but we hope to be able to offer it next year.
Also, we offer bike racks and are located only one block north of the Ainsle
Street bus terminal. Grand River Transit provides service to all of Cambridge, Kitchener, and Waterloo.
The Home Stretch......................................................................................................................

All artist applications are now in and being processed by the organizing committee. Thank you to all who have applied.
We're doing our very best to find room for as many as possible.
The start of a participating artist list is now up on our Artists page. It will be
updated as more artists are confirmed. Also, we will tell you more about a different artist, band, or group every day leading up to the Festival.
Application Deadline Looming.............................................................................................
April 27, 2010

Cambridge Arts Festival yet. The number of people participating has already exceeded our
expectations. In response, we're expanding our borders, making the event bigger than ever before. That means we still have room
for YOU!
